One is made of two main parts,tungsten carbide working core and stainlessness die cast. The other is whole made of tungsten carbide.

Tungsten carbide scalpel dies is using for the removal of surface blemishes and material from one, or more, or all the surfaces of the Aluminium,steel,or wrought copper wire,rods or bar, thus yielding a product of excellent surface finish, close dimensional tolerance and high metal lustre.Tungsten carbide scalpel die is also using to removal the PVC coating or cleaning the isolation from the metal wire surface.
As we all know, removaling the surface layer from a metal(such as steel, copper,iron and so on) rod, or bar, would improve its appearance, and reliability in use. Surface grinding had been tried but such a procedure is rather expensive.Tungsten carbide peeling die solved this problem vell.
